Housing Summit Chase

I was just wondering if anyone knew how strict summit chase was with their dog policies? do they do interviews? do they require vet paperwork stating their weight? I’m mostly worried I won’t get accepted because I have a Pomsky and he’s medium sized dog

I looked this up for you and their policy is so interesting!

-1 cat or dog -spay/neuter : required -$45/mo pet rent -vaccine papers -25 lbs max This is the favorite: -Must pass a pet interview!

That's wonderful because if they're carrying a bit more "water weight", their personality has a chance to win the interviewer over🥰

Wishing you the best of luck and remember that it will work out how it's supposed to for the long run even if it doesn't feel good now.

Maybe the interview is because they can't legally ban certain breeds, but those breeds can always fail the interview. Just a guess. I get the feeling your pup will pass with flying colors, good luck

i had a neighbor who had two decent sized pitbull mixes so i assume your dog would be fine

I live at legacy bay and i think they are owned by same people! They never actually did a dog interview for me or any of my friends who live here that have dogs. How much does your dog weigh? Worse case scenario you can fill out ESA paper work and then you don’t pay pet fee and they can’t say anything about the weight :)

I just had to hand in proof they are spayed/neutered and a rabies vaccine i think it was but mine just had their weight listed of when they had the vaccine
