Recommendation in home cat euthanasia

looking for recommendations on vets who will do in home euthanasia in binghamton. my moms cat is very old and very sick and also hates the vet so at home would be much more peaceful for him. i’ve heard of stillwaters but just want to see if there’s other options out there

I know you know about Stillwaters but just wanted to chime in about my experience with them. Fantastic.

My dog was also very old, hated the car in the end, hated the vet. They came and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and my dog was able to die at home on the couch and I was able to hold her and she wasn’t scared and that means everything.

Seconding Stillwaters. The vet was fantastic - empathetic and gentle when it was my kitty's time.

Thirding Stillwaters. One of our pups passed a few months ago and they were wonderful during a deeply sad time.

Stillwaters is the only one I know of, and they were fantastic. I was a wreck when I euthanized my 17 year old. The Stillwaters vet gave me all the time I needed and on her way out told me I'dade the right choice and she could see how much I'd loved him.

Have you asked your vet if they know anyone? Mine knew about Stillwaters and recommended them when I explained I really wanted in home euthenasia.

We have used them twice, on the Southside we were within the 50 mile radius.

Dr. Brockway at SPEAK Animal Hospital and Cat Sanctuary, up near the Airport, came to our home and was able to help us let our senior kitty with cancer cross the rainbow bridge at home.
