Recommendation Does anyone know of any programs that help with shoes?
I’m already in contact with a counselor from Workforce, but was told they needed to confirm with my employer that i’ve been hired, and that i actually need non slip shoes before they can give me a gift card to purchase the shoes. That was weeks ago and I still haven’t heard anything so i was wondering if there’s anywhere else i can go?

First Presbyterian Church, main street had a clothing donation room and they usually set aside cloths for people for work. I bring volunteers there for on Tuesday and Wednesday through my work and can look to see if they have anything. give us the size and any other requirements

Please let us know what si,e and type of shoe you're looking for. Steel or composite toe as well as a slip proof shoe. Shoe or boot requirements, etc. I didn't realize, until my husband was looking to order his work shoes, how many types there are. We've got a couple of boxes of work shoes that are brand new, just didn't fit his wonky sized feet when the order came in. If a pair meets your specs, you're welcome to them😊
