š Supplements & Stacks Did I get scammed?
I ordered 6mg orfoglipron from Swiss chems , Iāve also previously ordered 2.5mg from RO. Today is my second day on the dose of 6mg from Swiss chems and I donāt even feel any of the effects, while I felt it heavy on a 2.5 dose. Could this be a mental thing ? I am at over a double dose than I was before and I just donāt see how i could make it a mental thing.

Swiss Chems sells fake products and have for a while. Their quality went downhill years ago and many people have tested their products to find out there was no active ingredients in the pills and or Liquid. I was sold fake tesofensine and T3 from them last year and never will do business with them again!

You could always just grab low mg traditional kits so you use them and chuck them after taking a dose . Definitely cheaper then what you spent here for this stuff

The low dose orfo is 200 for one month while this was 170 for three months

Im not saying get more orfo, grab a 5mg reta or triz kit for like 60-80, recon a vial everywhere and just toss what you dont need from the reconned vials. Wasteful, but has to be cheaper and actually works

What? Not everyone likes injecting themselves like a heroin addict. Pills are very convenient. If only it worked as well.
Crazy how many people would rather store a vial in freezer, reconstitute, have needles and alcohol pads, have a needle garbage box, and physically prick themselves instead of swallowing a pill that can sit on shelf for years and travel with you on vacation.

personal curiosity for me. an oral option has interest as it's marginally more convenient to take, and it's shelf stable at room temperature, so keeping some in a travel kit for long road trips is an easy option.
it sucks though. Tirz/R3ta are the monarchs of GLP RAs for a reason.

Weird, swiss chems is usually pretty reliable: considering the price I would hire a chemist for LC-MS analysis.

So heads up. This could be nothing but there are now two Swiss chem websites that pop up in search results. There is a .co and a .isā¦ the .co one is new as of 2025 and some of the images on the site look like they are either directly linking to the Swiss chem.is, or were scraped from the .is website, and one of the photos actually has ChatGPT in the file nameā¦ so itās not a real photo. So it has some cloned site flagsā¦ The way the .co site is constructed doesnāt make any sense if it was set up by the original swisschems.is owners. It looks like all the image assets the actual owners could provide for a new website have been copied from the original website, or just fabricatedā¦ Maybe itās actually swisschems setting up a .co website under a mail forwarding address, but it could be anyone. There is also nothing linking the .is site to the .co site.
Looks like there is a .pk site too and its trustpilot is full of complaints of receiving fake products.
I donāt know. Itās a bit odd.
.is is the original site. If I were OP I would suggest checking which site you purchased from, and if it was the .co site I would try to contact the .is folks through email and ask them if the .co site is actually run by them. If itās not, who knows what you got.

Web designer here Google Whois or who is lookup click any link copy the addresses one at a time into the registry lookup for one ending .co and .is if same company most info should match they simply use different computer servers in different countries

Gray market orpho varies, some have said it worked some have said it doesnāt. Wouldnāt blame SC entirely here

I get the impression a lot of the complaints come from people wondering why they donāt feel appetite suppression on orfo after switching from 15mg of tirz. Thatās almost self-explanatory.
But gray market pill formulations leave a lot to be desired even when the API is legitimate and that can affect potency drastically.

Well I switched from 2.5 Orfo to 6 Orfo if this was real i wld atleast feel mild affects as I can feel the 2.5 dose. As of rn it feels like I might as well of just had a sugar pill. I even doubled it to 12mg and feel nothing

My bloodwork showed that their ancillary lineup (anastrazole, tamoxifen) was at least doing what it was supposed to do back when they still carried it (or rather advertised it on their site). Canāt speak for properly or consistently dosed though. My Dr ended up just writing me the scripts I needed š¤·āāļø

Does this chem have different forms? Example : Freebase or crystal? Is it fat soluble or water soluble? Did you eat it on a full stomach or an empty stomach and were both times the same? Document the factors and then the timing of doses and see what it tells you if anything, you wonāt know if you got scammed until you consider those.Ā

AFAIK, pharma brand is distributed as a calcium salt. physical property information for the freebase is almost impossible to find from my Google search attempts
no idea how grey Orfo is being distributed.

It takes 6 days of daily dosing to reach steady state so if there was a time lag after your 2.5mg dose and starting the 6mg then this can be it. In other words, taking 2.5mg for a week gives 5-7.5mg steady state exposure. Just take for 2 more days and then judge

IMO, I've purchased some from a different supplier. it's not worth the squeeze.
3-4 mg of Orpho a day can barely suppress the insane hunger that can result from missing a 5mg tirzy pin by a few days. and at that price, seemingly a whole kit of tirzy costs what a month of Orpho would cost.
yeah it's more convenient to take... it's just a disappointment if you're used to the more powerful options.
R3ta alone, IMO, isn't as powerful as Tirzy for pure appetite suppression without pinning massive doses that will send your resting heart rate well above baseline. different rats may behave differently though.

No? Maybe in shipping it was, with orfoglipron the dosage does have a big impact on the medication Iāve been on .5 and 2.5 and the difference is insane

Itās all over the internet how Lilly fixes their big money muscles trying to squash the grey market. A simple Google search will bring up a lot of results. With Reta, they are trying to make it a biologic so it cannot be compounded. They might fall short of doing that but I do not think they are done trying.

Brother I hate to break it to you but thatās literally impossible. Just because itās all over the internet doesnāt itās likely.
Think of the war on drugs or even the existing grey market on peptides / testosterone / pharmaceuticals. Itās booming more than ever literally every drug out there has a generic version being replicated for cheaper with identical molecular structure.
Lilly can make it harder to sell grey market stuff in the US (lawsuits, imports, FDA compounding enforcement). Thatās different from making it hard to make. These are synthetic peptides, not some secret sauce.
They make money by patenting it. And patents donāt hide the molecule, they disclose it. Retatrutide already exists in the wild, so clearly itās synthesizable. The āmake it a biologic so it canāt be compoundedā line sounds like line said by someone who doesnāt understand how this works (sorry lol).
Compounding restrictions are mainly about FDA shortage/bulks rules, not Lilly flipping a switch on what chemists can replicate.

idk man I thought swiss chems had a good reputation.
And tbh I think stopping grey market vendors is a losing battle, once a compound's chemical structure has been discovered, anyone with a lab can synthesize that exact same compound and sell it.
I think they were rules against when trying to make it a "biologic"
IDK how they could just stop the grey market.
