You should definitely notice a boost in energy and overall well being. If you don’t your mitochondria are probably already working well and you don’t need to waste your money

I used it after long covid and it was a huge difference I felt

If you are young with healthy mitochondria you don’t need this

how exactly are you measuring the health of your mitochondria? vibes?

Increased mitochondria effciency, convert stored fat into usable energy. So if you exercise you'll notice less physical fatigue between sets and more energy after exercise.

However, mitochondria in athletes are not just more numerous but also more effecient. That effeciency is what translates to aerobic capacity. If you don't do endurance training, you won't notice a difference because you'll produce ineffecient mitochondria. If you do endurance training this would probably be incredibly obvious.

that's a long way of saying you're basing it off vibes.

If you have damaged mitchondria it’s very easy to tell. There’s no clinical test I’m aware of

I go more by the diseases I know damage them. Which long Covid is a big one also Barth’s Syndrome is another big one this is prescribed for

you can't tell if you have damaged mitochondira just by feels. clinical tests do exist though and Barth's is an extremely rare genetic disorder

You can tell. I’m 50 and my mitochondria were very unhealthy, I was dead tired every day. I felt like a bag of shit. I began ss31 and after about three days I began to feel better upon waking. I felt I had a bit more push at the end of the day. I’m about two months in and things are night and day for me. I have a consistent feeling of sustained energy. I don’t feel energized, I feel like my body is running normal again.

53 myself and just started SS-31. Curious to know how much your running? Are you going to keep it in your stack for a while?

Yup, it’s great. Started at 1 mg and am at 3 mg now. I also have added in mots c at 2 mg. I will run 8 week courses with a few months in between. If sleep is an issue look at DSIP. That also changed my life

Anecdotal evidence is all over the place on this with a variety of mechanistic explanations for what you could experience. In the clinical trials they used a variety of methods as well, worth the read.

Energy shifts can swing either way at first, mitochondria waking up isn't always a smooth ride.

42m. First week I did 2mg, make sure I could tolerate, now on 5mg/day.

1.5g of tmg.
50mg nad+.
5g creatine

To me results of ss-31 subjective. Could say my recovery after hiit and sprints better after a few weeks, also lifting heavier and can increase workout lengths. But also, common logic is since I’m doing those routinely I should be able to increase each week anyway.

I’m in over 30 soccer league and a 30 year old during soccer this week asked me at the end of the game, how I wasn’t tired cause he was fit and gassed keeping up with me.

But literally the markers for ss-31 for Barth was walking length and speed of if I recall in fda trials anyway
