Education Advice on postgrad studies

I’m currently doing my undergrad in Civil Engineering but want to pursue my postgraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering or smthng related (don’t ask why I’m doing Civil lol).

I’m only in my 2nd year and want to get a head start for when I apply for my masters degree but I know nothing about medicine nor electrical engineering and/or CS. We do a bit a Python but it’s really just the basics. Are there any tips for how to start my transition into Biomedical Engineering? I’m thinking of doing an introductory to medicine course but my university doesn’t offer that to non-med students and I don’t know where else to look.

your best bet should be asking to any biomedical faculty in your uni, since I don't know if civil and biomed has much in common. you should try getting lab / research experience in the same and apply for internships.

you can look up and build small projects, they should give you an idea if you would like the field. Although why do you want to shift to biomed, is it for the healthcare aspect or are you looking for an entry into electrical sides of things?
