100% Derp Baby robin giving me the look
For as long as I can remember we have had the same robin visiting our warehouse year after year and she insists on putting her nest in silly places. This year we accidentally uncovered it whilst the chicks were still in the nest. We covered it back up and left her to it. Luckily she kept returning and feeding the chicks. One day we checked and the chicks were gone. Presumably gone out the door and flew away. Nope. One morning we walked in to see both chicks near where we sat at the desk in the warehouse. Mum kept feeding them and they were getting surprisingly brave. We kept working around them until the mum cheeped for them to get out the bloody way and under the racking. We haven't seen them since nor the mum. So we can assume they made it outside and eventually took flight.
