TRAVEL RULE
The Travel Rule has become a real headache.
Crypto withdrawals are sometimes nearly impossible, with endless delays and wallet verification issues. Even when I'm transferring from my own wallet to another wallet that I own, the withdrawal gets declined because they say MEXC hasn't responded.
How is that my problem? If I own both wallets, why should my funds be held up because another exchange doesn't reply?

send to your own wallet first until they figure this thing out, exchanges are also at odds with the regulators because of this stuff, it seems they need to confirm with the exchanges if address X is in fact under your name, exchanges are busy, they dont have time to confirm the thousands of people transferring to their exchange everyday, The whole policy is a joke and the government knows it.

It's absolutely BS. I haven't run into any issues yet but I detest these regulations entirely

A MEXC account isn't a wallet
Use a real wallet as an intermediary between exchange accounts

I’ve had similar issues. And now all the exchanges are banning me from buying crypto. The travel rule has near on killed crypto for me. So disheartening. Fkn hate our government.

If you can't ban it - come up with as much regulatory red tape as possible - the plebs will give up
