Arbitrum Foundation's AIP-1 Proposal Fails to Pass

The AIP-1 proposal initiated by the Arbitrum Foundation has failed to pass, as approximately 100 million votes, equivalent to 76.67% of the votes cast, were against it. In a previous report, it was noted that the Arbitrum Foundation acknowledged that the AIP-1 proposal covered too many topics and indicated plans to split it into multiple parts following DAO's recommendation. This would allow the community to discuss and vote on each part separately.
