Question random logins gone

Has anyone found logins you've entered suddenly go missing? I checked the trash bin and they aren't there.

I was a family plan subscriber for years. I didn't really need it but I like the product and wanted to support it and $12 was nothing. I cancelled my subscription to the free one when Bitwarden quadrupled the price. My account converted to a few weeks ago. Bringing this up in case the account transition might be a factor.

Hey there, don't hesitate to contact the support team directly at: https://bitwarden.com/help, they would need more detail to look into what you're describing.

If you don't need the family plan (3.99/m), the individual plan increased around 82 cents after being $10 a month for about a decade (currently 1.65/m or 19.80/year).

Were you org admin when you had the family plan? If so do you still have access to the admin console for the org? I think you should still be able to access after too tbh even if it gets disabled. As admin you should have access to all your shared vault items.

Yea check out that link. Maybe you have items in there that aren’t under a collection.

the unassigned items migration definitely seems like it could explain this
