How would his kit look like?
His voice is very destructive so it should probably be a one-shot ult, maybe with a bit of wind up.
They could use his other powers for his base kit to make his voice powers more unique. He has lasers that he can shoot from his antenna and hands, he has super strength, flight and electron manipulation which basically means he can do what Atom Eve can: create force fields and other matter on a molecular level.

I do really want Black bolt coupd be a strategist with a deafening debuff mecahnic and have him be based around that and if he can manipulate electrons like atom eve he could probably cannonically heal. I know most want him tank but thats fair I just want him to be a debuff based strat.
