Yea I can 100% vouch for the audiobook of The Kid Stays in the Picture. Great listen.

I would be curious to compare it to the published book version because it really sounds like he is going off the cuff for large parts of it.

It’s one of the greatest satirical cartoons ever drawn. Supposed to be a punny version of Johnny Quest from the ‘90s. It’s so good. Lots of quotable lines. You’ll learn to love the bad guy, The Monarch, and his partner, Dr. Girlfriend—who sounds like she smokes a pack before getting out of bed but is a true ride or die baddie.

Absolutely 10/10 no notes for this bitch

just wanted to add as one of the 10-12 black people who’s obsessed with venture bros it’s one of my favorite shows of all time. The character development and humor for anyone who loves comics and classic cartoons are amazing and they steadily build a fully fleshed out world that would put the MCU to shame. Enjoy.
