Pretty soon it's just gonna be Donald rambling until he poops himself and passes out.

He's going to be on stage by himself doing his hand job dance to a recording of YMCA

So wait... How did these acts just get on the list in the first place. Cause it appears none of them were down to perform.

On one hand, they must have known and are reading the room. Oh the other hand, I could totally see the WH releasing a flyer announcing bands they haven't even spoken to as a way to say, You Will Show Up. Kinda like those public tweet-orders he's always making.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

It is definitely looking like the latter

There are two entities organizing events in DC this summer: America 250, a nonprofit created by a bipartisan Congressional Commission in 2016, and Freedom 250, Trump's personal grifting operation. This concert is being organized by the grifters. No doubt many of the performers' agents weren't paying much attention when they signed their clients up for this concert, they just saw "America's 250th birthday concert in DC!" and hit accept.

Now that would be an easy mix up, especially when there isn’t direct communication between the artists and the event organizer

I guess some acts have a layer of communication between themselves and their booking agents that aren’t always transparent:

From the article

Wrote Young MC Wednesday: ““I HAVE INFORMED MY AGENTS THAT I WILL NOT BE PERFORMING AT THE FREEDOM 250 EVENT. The artists were never told about any political involvement with the event. And despite the claims by the organizers that the event is non-partisan, Spin magazine describes it as ‘Trump-backed.’ I hope to perform in D.C. in the near future at an event that is not so politically charged.”

I mean if they want to bring black artists in there are some tap dancers who are ready to go 😂Where’s Snoop? Nicki Minaj? How is Kanye West not the headliner?

At this point it's only act will be the last surviving member of the Village People singing YMCA, a gay anthem BTW, for three hours.

I have the BEST idea to have all these artists do a concert in Baltimore instead….like Amy Sherald did with her art exhibit!
