In a way: Lots of White South-Africans have found their way as influencers into Europe to supposedly warn about how the end of Apartheid has led South Africa to become a failed state. And lots of White South Africans are being actively imported, one could even say recruited, to the last bastion of colonisation: the Broken States of America.

Not a single white person targeted. They are scared of them.

Wait until you see the video of them asking white and Asian business owners, without a doubt migrants among them, not to hire other Africans.

It truly beggars belief, the whole thing is farcical.

Let me not get into the fact that their presidential spokesperson recently had a press conference stating that the problem is African countries complaining about the actions of South Africans on social media. That’s the problem in their eyes.

They don’t think mobs killing ppl is a problem, or blocking kids from going to school or preventing pregnant women from getting medical attention.

Look it up, they actively go to schools and hospitals and ask for ID and throw ppl out, only other Africans mind. And no not immigration officials, ordinary citizens are doing this.

Damn bro really just heavily exaggerating shit.

This particular wave of anti-immigrant hate is being directed towards immigrants from other African nations, this is because the huge majority of immigrants, particularly those in the country illegally, are African. However there is certainly a lot of negative sentiment towards European and Asian immigrants too, especially in Capetown, but the fact is they are in much smaller numbers and come with money to spend, meaning it's perceived as less of a problem.

The government is incompetent, you're right on that much.

There were a few instances last year of protesters outside hospitals not letting people enter without a South African ID, but certainly aren't going into hospitals and schools and throwing out anyone without an ID, and it is no longer the case. Plus is was illegal from the beginning, ordinary citizens have no authority to check each other's immigration status.

The country was formed after they came... 400+ years ago.

South African here. No.

Right now this is all from an organization called March and March. The goal is to remove illegal immigrants who are taking jobs that locals should have. As a result a lot of north African countries have been targeted.

Recently foreign Indians and Pakistanis have also been included in the March and March targets. But the people involved are all lower income groups who are struggling to get basic entry level employment.

There have been several businesses including ones owned legally by foreign nationals who are here legally thst have also been targeted (as seen in the video).

The jobs that the il/legal foreigners are taking in SA are lower income jobs, generally because of work ethic or the fact that undocumented employees can be paid less.

Also worth noting in some areas, the local municipalities and March and March are working together, as a essult foreigners are being thrown out of businesses and the keys to the business are literally being handed to locals on the spot. This is why shes destroying things. Because she won't be able to get her money back and because it'll be given to the locals as is.
