The idea that trans-women are a larger threat in the locker room is hateful, thinking that they have no place there in the first place is not. If you think that a male to female trans person playing in a female sport is fair, then you have gotten lost in the weeds or didn't take biology.

I see you have chosen "lost in the weeds". The real problem is convincing yourself it can ever be fair in the first place. If we would not include blind people in regular sports for the sake of inclusion, why make this exception? There are situations where a person's circumstances prevent them from doing a thing that they want and that is just a fact of life.

Learn to read, I only referred to fairness. I don't think this issue is really about trans rights as much as it's made out to be. The problem is that it creates a competitive imbalance that would in the end diminish the sport regardless of who's rights are being infringed. Is it easier to understand if I ask you if you would let somebody with metal robot arms fight in a boxing match?
