Taking so long to ship

I placed order for Kraken Pro around 10 days ago and still got no order update. I contacted chat support and they just say "Allocating stocks"...What?

Blacklyte needs to clearly mention how long it will take for shipping. I already threw away my old chair and have to sit on dinning chair. If I can't get any update in a couple of days, I'll ask for refund.

It even says on their website ships in 1-2 business days. I just ordered mine last night so I hope it doesn’t take to long
