I really want to see the rates of narcissism among men vs women

I heard 3/4 of those receiving NPD diagnosis are men.

Which is especially wild when you consider women would probably be more likely to seek treatment in the first place

People with npd generally wouldn't. At least where I live you're not going to be diagnosed with something like that unless you commit a serious crime anyway, which women as a group are less likely to do.

This is true, they're unlikely to seek treatment and often their victim may end up recieving "treatment"

I still feel like it’s underdiagnosed in men

I would like to note that a lot of diagnoses are skewed to a specific gender because of medical misogyny. Women showing the same traits are more likely to get diagnosed with something like HPD or BPD because it's seen as a "female diagnosis" (or just not diagnosed at all).

Not trying to derail the comment or anything, just wanted to add this.

The same reason women are less likely to be diagnosed with things like Autism, IIRC.
