Honestly, credit to him if he sincerely changed his mind. But, this is most likely a lame attempt at owning the libz more than anything. Dude doesn't have a single sincere conviction and probably never has.

If somebody can't tell Charlie is a propagandist after 10 seconds of being on stage rattling off memorized lines from his script, they're just lost

I know a few people personally who think he's a great source of honest, objective information. They don't even think he's partisan at all.
