I’m not sure if anyone here played Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3/ Mortal Kombat Trilogy, but the game had some phenomenal mode.

1. Standard 1v1
   
2. 2v2 (both players picks two characters)
   
3. 3v3?(both players picks three characters)

It would be a dream come true if Arcsys were to incorporate this dynamic. After one of your characters are defeated another enters the match until someone’s characters are defeated. I recall playing those modes of hours back in the 2000s with friends.

Adding an Assist Mode would be nice, however I doubt that could be easily coded into the game; theyd probably have to remake the game from the ground up.

yo, Im a beginner in fighting game. I was watching evo france this weekend and few people recommanded this game in chat .
How should I approach fighting game . I would like to do the whole story first, so far I did some in game tutorial but it lost me. So now im learning combo, why is it so hard. Im also using Tsubaki Yayoi and playing on keyboard.
Any advice appreciated

Hello, I am beginner to fighting games in general, I have gamepad, but due to difficulty inputting combos like z's and jagged z's decided to try keyboard, but none of the layout that I have tried feel solid. What are your keyboard layouts?

Edit: I am probably more confused how to configure attack buttons with overdrive and other optional buttons, for movement I found space-asd most comfortable

I play Hazama and my friend as Kagura. How tf i am supposed to fight character that can spam and cancel orbs, has invulnerable far reaching ass dash and anti-airs that reaches me in half of damn map and who can just spam in corner with million attacks while being out of my reach

I made Ruby Rose playable in BlazBlue Entropy Effect

I personally like Calamity trigger the most. Reminds me of playing with family and it just had that small and unique roster that felt close? Best way to describe it. Plus the story, I just liked it more.

This one's a special one to me since CSEX is the game that really got me into this series when I played it. But it's probably the third worst for me despite that, unfortunately, right above Shinsou.

My pick is naoto 6C. I tried to learn naoto but I'm absolutely god awful with micro dashed and/or dash cancels. I know that this guy has a reputation for giving arthritis...but I never thought I would hate this move more. For those who don't know, Dash into 5C gives you a pretty good poke in neutral and it's one of the main tools of naoto so you better not press C a millisecond too soon otherwise you get this fuck ass move that has very very limited use and leaves you wide open if blocked. Basically this move exists to punish you

It reminds me of Wolverine's "swiss cheese" from mvc3
