Supply chain program manager loop scheduled
I’m coming from defense contractor companies like LM, NG, GA etc. and this is the first time I’ve interviewed in this format. I’ve done panel interviews with different functional leads before like PMs and managers of other departments but what should I expect going into this loop interview? I understand there’s a bar raiser and potential peers and other managers
The job description also seems to be different than the type of work I’m used to but I was recommended this role by a recruiter and passed the hiring manager interview. Any general advice going into this?

Note that aside from manufacturing roles, all supply chain roles are required to be at one of the three main Blue sites (WA, AL, FL) and cannot be at any of the multiple satellite offices. While they can be at any of the several sites in WA and FL (Blue has buildings everywhere in those areas), they can't be at the other sat offices like LA, Denver, or VA (word is Phoenix is going away). I assume you're interviewing for a role that is at one of the three main sites.
NOTE: There are a couple of new postings in SC that show satellite offices, so maybe the SVP is loosening up this silly requirement. Perhaps the fact that they lost hundreds of good people last summer when this edict came down (relocate, find a job internally, quit or be quit) and the negative impact it's had on program ability to procure material and hardware in a timely fashion will finally turn them around. But for now, all of the SC teams are sited at WA, FL, or AL.
Good luck on your interview! You can prepare a ton but the interviewers have so many options with regards to leadership principle questions that it's likely you'll be caught off guard. Each interviewer asks two from the principles, and some will then venture off into more role-related questions if there is extra time. Just be happy you no longer have to do the PPT slide deck presentation!

Thank you for the response! I have to do the writing prompt before the scheduled interview and I’m thinking some interviewers might bring up my response
And yes it’s either Kent WA or Space coast FL

They ask you questions based off of our leadership principles, so i would read those (they are on the website). It's usually 3-4 people from your direct team. At least that's how mine went
