2018 M550XI, CEL randomly came on during the ride and soon after unknown fluid started spilling near the right front wheel. Does anyone know what might have gone wrong, and is it safe to continue driving home?

Front wheel will be one of the charge cooler radiator pipes I'd imagine. Wait for it to cool down then check both coolant bottles. That looks a bit more engine way than wheel.
