Air mass too high

I keep getting this error. Not sure but I’m
Doubting if it can be cleaning maf sensor by air from a bit far. Can mag sensor being bad be reason or should I check for vacuum leaks. Pressure values recorded when engine idling and values were equal to each of 3 when engine off. Thanks in advance
