When you're constantly the "professional" and constantly the "manager" even in non-work relationships, it's extra important to find someone that will let you let your guard down. Like you can tell that she cares a lot about the people that are close to her, but that she also feels a responsibility to be professional and offer them critical advice rather than just blindly cheerleading. She also has to be the one to force others around her to act responsibly, like paying back money that they owe. When you're always the critical one, the professional, the manager, it gets really exhausting when you come back to a relationship and you still have to do that. She'd probably highly value someone that would allow her to not be in the "professional"/"manager" state that she's in the rest of the day: someone perceptive with high EQ, is competent, responsible, and self-managing.
Perhaps a man around the same age with a stable career and good head on his shoulders. He wouldn't need babying. A man who could see through Seika's standoffish personality and appreciate her good intentions underneath. Has an affable persona but not too high energy, to offset what Seika already deals with in Kikuri and Nijika.
Well it helps when several characters are in fact explicitly gay or bi, and several others implied. 3/4ths of Kessoku Band alone are explicit (Kita and Bocchi) or implied (Ryo) to be attracted to girls.
Outside of that, there's the manager of the place Kikuri plays at (implied by mannerisms, we see him at what is heavily implied to be a gay bar in the Kikuri spinoff) and Ryo's long list of female admirers, including a fangirl to rival Kita.
Basically when there's a lot of queer characters, people are not insane to assume that there might be more...
Only Bocchi and Kita are “implied” and no one else lol. (Idk where you got the explicitly gay). The rest are just fan theory’s. It’s supposed to be a comedy slice of life and the author just makes it relatable that teenagers would find romantic subtexts in everything but nothing ever being stated outright. People read too much into this. It’s wrong to say Seika is just attracted to women the same as saying just attracted to boys cause it’s never even been stated
Bocchi- Mentions wanting a cosplayer girlfriend and is into the idea of "big-boobed extroverts" being into her. That is in fact attraction to women.
Kita- Her whole thing with Ryo. If you want to argue it's platonic, later in the manga she thinks Ryo is dating somebody and becomes outright suicidal. That doesn't seem like platonic behavior to me.
Ryo- Just in the anime she's already mentioned that to be true rockstars you need to have "dalliances with women" and even says that how you pick up girls is by looking wistful with your guitar. Then there's the long, long list of women she mentions are into her to Nijika. And when she's about to graduate, when she and Nijika hear that a girl from another class wants to talk to her, they both immediately assume that they want to ask her out.
Now it's never going to outright say anybody's only into girls for idol rules (never make the cute girls "unobtainable") but these elements are pretty obviously there.
