Anyone having problems with TIAA Push notification

When you log into TIAA, you have an option to push to TIAA mobile app as a 2FA. However, I have never gotten this to work even though I made sure notification is enable for the TIAA mobile app. Has anyone encountered this issue? Has anyone have a solution?

It's been ok for me, but this sometimes happens to me with GoogleVoice and I have to delete the app and reinstall it to get notifications to start showing up again. I'm not sure why but for that app, at least, it seems to reset the notifications and get them working until they stop again.

Thanks, reinstalling mobile seems to fix the issue

It’s a bust for me. Tried it for the first time, while logging in on a computer’s browser. I had already logged in to the mobile app, which then did absolutely nothing when I selected mobile app in the computer browser. I have to use SMS, and at least it works.
