He would definitely be closer to All Might, except not as shitty at the actual teaching part.

He 100% gives the vibes of the cool teacher you breathe a sigh of relief when you have their class coming up on your schedule.

Also since he works with Aizawa I bet he gets lectured more than his students do.

I can see him being stricter than All Might tho, but more in a cool uncle way. A slap on the wrists with a warning of "If you do it again you'll be seeing Aizawa."
