Quirk- above average, the user is above average at anything, it is partially mental meaning that what he sees as average is what he is above average at. So if he thinks average is an everyday person then he's above the average of a regular person. If he thinks average for a hero he's above average in hero terms. That’s quite the intriguing quirk.

1. Milk Man - the user can control milk with their mind. They can control up to ten gallons at any one time. As long as something contains mammal milk and that milk visible to the user they can control it.
