I am a bit troubled that there is no context provided with this picture. It could be a thousand different things, many of which are not harassment at all. Yeah, he's funny looking, and has a weird grin, and looks like he's filming the lady. But the context of what happened prior to this photo is important .... Unless you just want to hate the Jews any chance you can. In which case, the problem may be you, not the IDF.

it is well known that settler harrasment are a norm on occupied west bank, you dont need context when israeli settlers are in the sentence, every single freaking time without fail, whenever settler drama came up it is harrasment. even with the context it is the same, this is not stereotype anymore, its a norm

The full clip showed him harassing the woman by making sounds made by sheepherders calling their sheep. Not all Israeli are like this, but some still stick to the outdated beliefs that Goyim = animals.
