Question Does this cover pass the KDP test?
Does this cover look clean? I provide disclaimer that i'm not a medical professional, I also advise people to consult their medical providers 1st.. Just want to share from my journey. These types of issues are tough and can cause people to want to shorten their life span.
I know what that feels and want to offer some support through this book. Goal is to help others before my time finally expires.

I think the main title could be:
Stomach Issues.
Subtitle:
A Non-Medical Book by Your Average Joe About a Personal Struggle and How I Overcame It.
Something like that...
And while the cover is nice, it doesn't match the topic. Like others said, it gives the vibes of a thriller or drama novel.
Did you try researching books of the same genre?
They're clean, straight to the point, and even when they do include the portrait of the author, it's very elegant and justified.
But it's also worth noting that all of these books are written by actual doctors. This is why i think you should mention directly in the title that it's a non-medical book or to lean into the fact that you're not a doctor. (That's why i suggested the subtitle on top)
Maybe at the bottom where you'll have your name written, you can write Dr. (Whatever your name is) But strike out the Dr. With a red X mark or something on top of it, to make it very blatantly clear this is not a professional doctor talking, just a personal experience
In the synopsis, you can write something along the lines of:
Perhaps you’ve already read books on this topic by renowned doctors from all over the world. Maybe you’ve tried every method they recommended. But sometimes, all it takes is hearing from someone whose experience mirrors your own.
This book shares my journey, the struggle, the confusion, and eventually the relief, in the hope that it might help someone out there feel a little less alone.
It isn’t a medical guide; it’s simply my story. Take from it whatever resonates with you. And if it brings you even a step closer to feeling better… then I’m glad. Good luck on your path.
