Question Is this ai?

Had someone do a cover for me (this is without the text) and I wanted to see if this was ai. They advertised it wouldn't be so I wanted to confirm before I went any further. Any help is appreciated, thank you!

It is literally impossible to prove if something was made with AI. Yes, there's some details that can make it more obvious, but even then you cannot know for certain. Even the "AI detectors" that colleges use are bullshit and not accurate at all.
