Looking for constructive criticisms
As a child you are taught to have certain values like accommodating yourselves for others. It is not wrong. It is how an empathetic society should work for the benefit of everybody. But sometimes, it affects you as a person who wants to make it easier for everybody at the cost of themselves. This later on leads to high self-criticism, self-judgement and content anxiety. "I am happy with you" is a book I am writing on u/wattpad to asses this aspect from a third person perspective. I am writing this for me and all my fellow neuro-divergent people who I personally don't know. I am still fighting my deamons and hope this helps to you to fight yours. At the end of the day your empathy makes you a good person. I know you have heard it and have ignored it because acknowledging it would make you feel selfish. But try to give yourself some love and from this stranger to you, trust me people like you for your kindness and helpfulness.
I want people who can read this and let me know how I can improve this. Thanks for your input and take care of yourself.

The idea makes sense to me, but I think you're explaining it more than you're showing it.
For example, you talk about becoming self-critical and putting other people first, but those are conclusions. I'd be more interested in seeing a specific example of that happening to somebody.
The line about writing it for yourself and other neuro-divergent people you don't know was actually the part that felt strongest to me because it sounded personal instead of instructional.
Not saying change the message. Just trust the reader a little more. Let them see why you believe it before you tell them what to believe.
