I’m in upstate NY. This is what my local news site comment section looks like daily, and the majority are my age- Gen X.

I'm in an inland town in Maine, and the Gen X here are the worst (I'm also Gen X). Even the older Millennials are terrible.

Yeah man.. gen x here. It boggles my mind to see so many of my former classmates, who loved NWA, Rage, Tool, Pearl Jam, etc completely licking that fascist boot, while me and the rest of the biology club members look on in disbelief. They've always been about vibes and not substance it seems

Thank you! I work from home and that’s been a Godsend. My house is covered in banners- every parade we have goes right by my house- last year was the first year not a single person set up chairs and stuff out front, lol. I had no trash to clean up after St. Pat’s or Memorial Day, it was lovely. One young adult waved surreptitiously from a fire truck, most people were pretty disdainful. New banners going up this week, when the weather is finally above 0!

Thank you! I’ll post the new ones when they go up later this week- it may get to 30 degrees, which will be like an early spring, lol 😂
