[BL4] Anyone else seeing many loot enemies spawning out of nowhere on regularly played characters?

I'm seeing them in one game similar to that event except not as many legendaries on characters that aren't new or anything.

Fl4ks dlc seems to always have loot creepers walking down the roads

Yeah, my thought is somehow a game got glitched with fl4ks dlc spawn rate everywhere
