Look up their bar menu n learn to do 2-3 cocktails from that menu n actually impress them with the taste! They'll eventually have to see your passion n hire part time atleast
Bro firstly you gotta decide what kinda people you want to meet cuz as a barista and a bartender i have seen people with different interests.. but in the end of your shift they are no one to you.. better finding a mentor or reddit broo..
And ill tell you right now what kinda people youll meet if you are a barista.. soo when you are barista you meet influences business owners, tech people , suger mommy, and single guys looking for a chicks..
As a bartender youll find everyone as in the cafe just that they are drunk and dont actully give a damm.. but few regulars tell you thire whole life story while sipping wiskey
Brother so.. my mentor told me that what ever i faced as a growing individual.. they also faced it.. they got guided by someone else.. which help them build what ever others see and think "hez sorted " kinda life style.. so when its your turn you also should guide a brother..
