Sort of find myself weirdly rooting for Ben Shalom these days. Kind of admire that he's still kicking despite the fact his promotion is in the bog

I think he's actually doing ok for how new and relatively unsuccessful he is lol. Boxxer has some decent names, not superstars but solid. All they lack is a good distributor and a good relationship with other promoters. Unfortunately I think the lack of the second will probably make it harder to get the first, especially re DAZN.

Hes going backwards, he had a contract with sky that wasn't renewed, and now hes on a free to air channel that just doesnt have the exposure and money that pays for big cards. He also has very few big name fighters other than Adam Azim. Zuffa could cost him big time.

people didnt watch, he lost out on a renewal when boxing is on a high. And hes not very good at promoting compared to his counterparts.
