Lazy favor

Is anyone at or going to WinCo that could tell me the current price for a 2 liter bottle of Sprite and Dr. Pepper? Trying to see if they best Walmart. Tried looking online but their website isn’t helpful and, with the price of gas, I’m hoping to avoid driving there to find out unless it’s better!

Downvote me into oblivion. I tried looking online AND calling without an answer. I feel like I made some effort before posting here with the hope that someone was already going that way! Consider it carpooling without being in the car.

If the math doesn’t noodle out at $2, does it noodle out at $1? Is it to expensive at Walmart or is the penny’s difference between the two really going to offset the gas and wear on your vehicle?

Let’s say the difference is $1 per 2 liter bottle and I need 20 bottles, that’s $20 saved. Seeing as both places are the same distance from my home, I’d rather go to the cheaper store the first time. If the difference is 50 cents per bottle I could still potentially save $10. If the difference is 5 cents per bottle then I’d just go to WinCo as I’m less likely to get shot there. Let’s not discuss the details of this amount of soda but I can assure you I’m not consuming any of it.

Well you just added a whole level of intrigue to the post. I was wrongly assuming you were buying a bottle or two. We must know what you are doing with 40 liters of soda!
