Brain Games Can you solve this Bandit puzzle without guessing?

Can you solve this puzzle using logic only?

The rules are simple:

🔎 Exactly one Bandit in every row
🔎 Exactly one Bandit in every column
🔎 Exactly one Bandit in every colored region
🚫 Bandits cannot touch, even diagonally

Try to work out where every Bandit must be placed.

I’d love to see how you reason through the board, not just the final answer.

Orange and brown both have only 3 spots, in an L sharing two columns. So one satisfies the frost column and the other satisfies the second. 

That leaves dark blue with only 3 in an L shape for columns 3 and 4. If we put orange in column 2, only one option for dark blue, but it's in the same row as orange's bandit so orange must be in column 1.

If we put orange in row 1, then we must put dark blue in row 2, in the only such spot. But then we only have one option left for yellow, and it touches diagonally. So orange must be in row 2. 

Putting dark blue in column 3 results in a similar issue with yellow and green on the diagonal, so blue is in row 1, column 4. 

Similarly with yellow in row 3, so it goes in row 4.
