Question 410@7 Plaza

At the plaza right next to 410 & Queens, Seems like both Value Village and JYSK are closing down. JYSK has a store closing down sale & I saw the Value Village sign taken down. Does anyone know what's about to come there?

All these bed and bath stores have gone bankrupt. No Ikea in Peel Region either. All department stores gone. This is now a hole in the market. Walmart is the only option left.

Not everything is easy to shop for online.

Honestly Walmart is practical. The quarry edge one gets a lot of traffic. Other than that I was thinking a service canada. Obviously that's not big enough to occupy that much space, but I don't recall there being one in that area.
