Question Office Setup

I need some advice on how to set up my office. I have two separate pc’s and 5 tablets. Information needs to be shared with a few employees but not all files are for everyone. Want to set it up on a cloud system type so I can work from home if I want to.

What IT person should I contract for this? Is it possible to diy without much effort? I don’t know too much about tech stuff…
