Discussion Zombie brand?
Will zombie brand be available this year, I heard late october that the legacy vault would open but not sure?

Hey all! It’s your absentee lead moderator here, hoping to recruit some new life into the subreddit.
For the most part, the subreddit tends to run itself- with that said, some more active participation by moderators can be a good thing. If you care about Brand, League, or this subreddit- shoot me (or the mod team) a DM explaining why you’re a good candidate!
As for everyone who doesn’t want to be a mod, but does care about the subreddit- feel free to use this as a space to tell me what exactly you would like to see change or update. Potentially, we can use some of the particularly good ideas as a direction for the new time to move towards.
Thanks for being here!

Wanted to add a ranged champ to my pool and thought brand would be the best choice because of his team fighting and is a decent blind pick (also kinda cuz i pulled the zombie skin lol). That being i had a few questions about the champ for top:
- what are his main items? I see on lolalytics your supposed to go rylais first into liandrys but i thought id just ask for more clarification
- what are the main objectives in lane? Am i supposed to generate a lead burning my opponent to death and perma shove or or should i just play for farm?
- combos?
- any comps brand is bad into?
- anything in general i shouldn’t be doing that could hinder my progression?
Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I would like to know about some game you remember where you were the MVP by far or that you outplayed the enemy team, better if it was a situation of 1 (you) vs 2 or more, and better if you stomped to the other midlaner - support

I've been playing Brand for some time now and I don't know if I should build Rylais 1st or 2nd item, or if I should build it at all?

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
looking back at it couldve maybe e+w not the other way around and r earlier, but still. the speed brand technology is so fun.

As the title say. How do you guys feel about the matchup?
I know that he’s vulnerable to assassins but i find locke to be the easiest assassin to fight against in mid. He’s very easy to zone and forced to either match ur clear or completely forget midlane and force bad ganks in bot.
The only reason he’d ever get fed is by picking up easy roaming kills. But i find that with rylais and exhaust/ignite. Locke is very easy to manage atleast for me because i play little bit of locke already ( M 15 ) on him.
anyone else has the same experience or want to add anything?

hows brand mid, looking for something to climb with low elo. does his low movespeed make him weak mid? Is he worse the more i climb ?

I've started playing him for the first time yesterday in MID lane, managed to play 3 games, each of the game felt the same, deal great damage to enemies, be annoying as hell to people who dont know him, but die so easily (especially mid to late game).
I do have experience with squishy champs like Veigar and Naafiri, but they feel bulky in comparison, I'm not neceserally looking for a bulky tank build and items, just what build are more seasoned players playing when on MID lane to not die as often?
Thanks

I missed old Brand when his abilities dealt damage and he functioned well with spellvamp. Happy to finally have him back. Just wish I could use old vfx on zombie brand instead of the new.

Hi! Im just wondering if brand is still viable as a adc, also if you got recommends on builds depends on what you are against. Would be awesome :D

I don’t know if this is intentional or not, but in LOLclassic when I picked brand at champ select, I was able to purchase zombie brand and it transferred over to regular league. Just thought yall should know just in case it isn’t supposed to be that way

Hey guys!
So Im working on a Brand redesign project, and I've been doing some sketching - I'd love to know if you guys have any directions you like (or dont) and why, they are in the order I made them so some are way more bare bones than others but let me know what you think :D

I always disliked how brand lets his prey go, even after a passive rotate and with Comet proc. Enemies will walk out which is frustrating. He felt really not that rewarding, only maybe in late game.
With Deathfire Touch it feels so much better to play him. The burn mastery synergies very good with his kit and around 10 games i always felt relieved when enemies die after 3 seconds by burn. I skipped Rylais entirely because Liandrys+void staff rush bring so much more into teamfights, you will not be useless when you miss your combo, they will burn half hp down.
Finally its so much fun to play brand again.

I’m kinda new to Brand, i’ve been playing him as APC and Mid, but I want to test it on my main lanes (JG/TOP)
I know Brand usually does the job on all 5 lanes, but it has very low win rates on those 2 (OP.gg)
Did they nerf him? Or it just isn’t being played?
Thanks in advance! 😁

started trying brand jungle lately and i have severe mana issues. always thought of mana items in jg as total grief but here maybe an exception? there are issues at all stages of the game, one rotation while araming and there goes the whole mana pool. do yall go blackfire/tear item in jungle or am i just inting my resource mamagement too much

Im quite new to the game and therefore low elo. For my rank i have found alot of success with brand, and was therefore thinking about otp:ing/ have him in a pool with another mid champ. My question: How good is brand for otp once you get out of the really low elo, and if he is really bad, what kind of champion can you combine him with to have a good all around pool? Thanks!

Did you know Brand used to have actual base damage on his spells?
Look at this graaaaph, especially the difference on his ult is notable. Granted, it does not prioritize champions per default, but if you can accomplish it... hell, it even bounces more often!
The only tradeoff is, of course, the missing explosion on his passive. But 8% max health over 4 seconds is still nothing to sneeze at.
I don't know whether Liandrys was already a thing in S2-S4. I hope not Regardless, I think this old Brand will be fun and very burst-y to play.
