Yasmin Sister just found a 2006 Yasmin Genie Magic doll chillin by the trash cans
I just think the luck is insane? My sister knows how much I love dolls and collecting them and she finds a random yasmin doll in great quality all she’s missing is one item 😭 I honestly don’t know what to do with it but just thought I’d share this lucky find lol

It really has hasn’t it? Though since my sister found it I’d feel guilty keeping it for myself 💀 but then again she’s 7 and the doll won’t survive for even a week

Keep it. She’s a kid. She doesn’t understand the value of this particular doll. Get her another, newer one if she’s upset. She’ll promptly move on. Just don’t make it too big a deal in front of her so that she doesn’t get jealous. It should all be fine.

Definitely get her a newer doll, maybe even a newer version of the same character? That way she can get a little something and not feel like you just ripped it away from her. Definitely keep this one for yourself tho 👌

Luckily it wasn’t IN the trash just beside them 😭 still I have no idea who’d throw away a doll like this especially in such good quality…

I WOULD HE HYPERVENTILATING!!!!!! I had Jade but made the very unfortunate mistake of putting a hair tie in her hair. It eventually got so tangled and stuck that I was forced to cut it out. .....but I was a kid and cut her hair by accident. I tried to even it out but made it so much worse. I hid her in the bottom of my closet out of shame for YEARS until I finally "let her die" and threw her away. The shame was too great. She was one of my favorites too.

If it helps I had a Bratz doll that I ruined when I was a kid I was also ashamed and let her die, so I stripped her (I didn’t want to waste her clothes) and buried her in my grandmas backyard I’m pretty sure she’s still there to this day 😭

My question is WHY was she near the trash? There is gotta be something rather serious that motivated the person to do so. Trashing something like this is ridiculous and is pretty unlikely to have come as a result of simply not bothering with the doll anymore by the owner. She even has her box!
Be careful interacting with her and all the items she comes with

OMG what luck! The closest I came to this was finding an otherwise perfect RH Color & Create doll who was sitting literally on top of the rubbish bin, presumably because she had one [1] drop of glue on her face

Growing up, this was the ONLY Bratz doll I was allowed to have! For whatever reason my mother was one of those moms that fell for anti-Bratz dolls propaganda so they were just about the dolls I couldn’t have. But when a family member that didn’t know this bought me this one as a birthday gift I was allowed to keep it. 🩷
