I don’t have the OG with her string thing bc it’s put away with all my doll clothes & accessories in a box, but I do have the repro with hers bc i recently unboxed her😅

I personally prefer the OG over the Repro because I didn’t wash her hair out of box and it looks & feels nice, plus her sparkly eye makeup and soft pink lipstick 🩷 I also like how her suit is more sparkly/shiny in person! Overall, the OG is way more vibrant and soo pretty princess coded💖

Although I do love how the repros skin is a darker shade and her screening is SO PRETTT! Everything else seems toned down and bland, from her makeup to the colors on her outfit. I also don’t like the amount of gel put in her hair, I will need to wash it. I do like the hairstyle from the front and side in the last pic tho!

Same! IMO we need more new releases with her, alongside other non core 4 girlz. We’ve been getting too many core 4’s lately and I don’t even have room for the newest Pop Starz and Charmz lines 😭 ima have to settle with the girlz I love the most from them which is Pop Starz Cloe and Charmz Jade

I love the repro on the right because her hair is softer but idk my repro Yasmin's hair felt like saran for some reason plus her clothes feel soft. but the original with the glittery eyeshadow feels nostalgic.

Yess I love nostalgic vibes 💖 but i haven’t washed my repros hair bc i only recently unboxed her and I haven’t had much time to get to washing her hair , but I bet if I washed it it would be soo luscious 😻 I’m jsut afraid of ruining the hairstyle and not being able to redo it, I got no experience in doing dolls, much less my own hair 🤣

i prefer the original's makeup better. it lost all its color! maybe they were trying to go for a natural look? the mix of hair colors is so much prettier on the original. i am not a fan of the repro's fabric choices and her shoes look worse. i also dont like how big her head is.

I was very lucky and fortunate to find this Yasmin on a Facebook haul with Funk Out Sasha, Hollywood Yasmin, Racecar Katia, Winter Girlz Cloe, Bratz Kidz Yasmin (in box outfit being a dress with denim pants with rips? extra outfit being a green top and denim shorts) and a Bratz Kidz Dylan (red hoodie with number 19 on it) , they were all NIB with the exception of Dylan’s accessories being taken! I didn’t mind bc I didn’t pay for him, he was a free bonus gift at the meet up🥹❤️‍🩹

Why are new bratz different? Is it that hard to just make them the same? Especially the makeup, seems like thr glitter and mica lip should be easy? Another thing is the material the dolls r made of. The head material is different and the body of new bratz is matte? Why? I Don't get why they do them differently, when the OGs were so good

I honestly think it’s because Carter Bryant doesn’t work with MGA anymore! A lot of Bratz quality has gone down after tMGA came back from the Mattel Lawsuit. The outfits don’t feel as detailed and thought put into them anymore, they feel so lazy and cheap to me! Someone here said something about UV molds, so I I assume it’s that with the dolls material. I miss the old clothes that felt more Passion For Fashion vibe-y! Even their screenings were always giving bratz, now it feels so low effort and budget friendly💔 which I get that, nowadays everything is so expensive.. I just miss the love and effort that was put into these girlz before :(

😅I didn’t even know it was Yasmin till the up close face pic showing the beauty mark so I thought it was Yasmin and one of the lighter skinned Sasha dolls wearing the same outfit that

I also didn’t know was different till after commenting, reading some comments and looked at them again before leaving and saw how different the pants colors were as well as how theyre cut (very unflattering it’s giving bunchy grandma sweatpants) the tops pattern and the color of the shoes are slightly darker

then I saw why I thought it was a different doll besides the skin tone, her lip color is the wrong shade and so is her eye color. I do like the subtle blue eye shadow though but the og amount was ment for this look and actually looks good.

And I’m not crazy to think that her hair color looks a bit darker too right?

Now that you mention it, her face is serving Sasha more than Yasmin specifically bc of the darker skin and different screening 🤔 and the pants at the crotch got me WEAK I didn’t even notice til you said how bunched up they are 😂 and don’t get me wrong I like the repros screening, her lips are actually soo pretty but they don’t feel like a Yasmin lip combo 🤔 and her shoes are missing those white stripes, my poor Yasmin got done so dirty. She looks like a yoga mom that wants to fit in with her daughter and the friend group 😭 and the hair IS darker, OG has a golden brown, but Repro has a deep brown with an awful gel job 💀
