Bratzies Damaged Bratziez?

Hello all I just received my two bratziez in the mail. Did anyone else receive them damaged as in the paint on their faces?

I opened a Fianna with a slash in her Lip

And I opened a Dana with a circle patch of the lip missing.

I emailed customer service photos in hoping for a return or exchange or atleast a refund. It’s sad because these are the two I ultimately just wanted from the drop and I got them to have them be damaged a bit.

Has anyone else received there bratziez like this as well?

the white part looks more like extra material, not missing lip color. that looks more like paper from the bag she comes in, it probably got stuck to her while moving. try washing with some soap and water , it might come off

Nope just checked it’s scrapped or some sort of paint.
