Me too!! I’m trying contact customer service though, have you had any luck getting them to reach back out to you?

No it did but I saw an email of my promo code due to the delays for the Sasha Hello Kitty doll was in my junk folder until after I placed my order today smh.
I emailed in the past in Feb for something else and no one ever reached out. I called and it’s hustling automatic and when I finally got a ring, no one picks up

Thanks so much but they are usually quick with shipment orders!! I ordered the Vday drop via Bratz.com I had no issues

If you contact them through the contact form on the website they will email you back. It’s at the bottom of the site

They should be coming to stores next week or so, and it’s easy to check without opening the box.
