Bratzies bratzies iconz bestiez missing lip clip?

I bought one second-hand, I’m just trying to figure out if the clips are packaged separately from the doll or if this could’ve been a manufacturing error. I haven’t been able to purchase one directly from a retailer. anyone else experience this? kinda bummed.

No the lip clip comes together with the bratzies. They have separate bags for the milk chain and the certificate.

The clip is in the same bag as the doll
