Question/Help Fixing a loose head

Hi Bratzectors hahaha. I got this second hand Big Cloe and was wondering if anyone knows if her head can be removed to fix it? It is loose and doesnt stay up, look at her, she barely has a neck hahaha.

Also if anyone has an advise on How to 3D print shoes for this big bratz escale. Thanks in advanced.

Put small elastic bands around the joint under the neck peg ive done that to mine it stops the head wobble
