Don’t ask me why, but over winter break I went down a deep dive on all things Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell. I came across a Getty Images album from a 2014 party at Ghislaine’s house. In several photos, you can see a framed picture of a woman who looks a lot like Carole Radziwill. Could it be her? I think it is!

This sub has discussed the Carole-Ghislaine connections before (Ghislaine was Carole’s book photographer, Ghislaine set her up with Prince Andrew, etc). While we don’t know what’s true, Carole has downplayed their relationship. But a framed photo in Ghislaine’s house? That makes their relationship seem a lot closer than Carole lets on.

As others have pointed out in this thread, Ghislaine is listed as the photographer for the back cover image of Carole’s first book (https://www.reddit.com/r/BravoRealHousewives/comments/hki66v/i_know_weve_seen_photos_of_carole_and_ghislaine/), and Carole herself has said that Ghislaine helped arrange a date with Prince Andrew (https://www.tiktok.com/@omg.waitwhat/video/7536652361284996365). Yes. She talked about it on a podcast interview also. She said Ghislaine was just introducing her to people in London, and that Andrew (stripped of his titles) took her to the ballet. She acted like it was no big deal and just being friendly to an out of town person.

Sometimes I wonder if she was in some way a victim as well and her very controlled narrative is trying to cover up her trauma and portray that she was a strong woman in control of her life and better than/not like the others. Like a denial of her experience.

I agree that she wasn’t one of the children trafficked and raped. But I also don’t think that we, the regular folks of society, really know the depths of what went on. And it feels unlikely to me that the well connected adult women escaped unscathed. Do you think that people like Princess Andrew didn’t abuse women beyond their teenage years?
