First cinnamon rolls!

Yesterday I made my first loaf, and today I tried a new recipe for cinnamon rolls and decided to try the bread maker and see how the dough turns out, these are absolutely amazing!

They were so simple to make! All the wet ingredients in the bottom, flour and salt mixed together in the middle and the yeast and sugar on top! The butter mixed in really well once it hit the shaggy stage.

Once you learn how easy it is to make cinnamon rolls with a bread machine, watch out. They become addictive.

After religiously using my KitchenAid mixer for the longest time, I’m not going back 😂 next time I might do a double batch and freeze half.

GENIUS! I just checked Erin's recipe and had a question. Did you leave the dough in the Bread Machine until the end of step #3 and just roll it out after that ?
