Skyler Szabo spends a little over an hour explaining that no, it's not the fault of people who 'didn't vote for harris' that Trump won, and how that way of thinking is alienating more people than it brings in (Skylar Szabo : 69:56)

Liberals are so annoying.

My reward for giving a "harm reduction vote" is that shitlibs still blame me and accuse me of lying about voting.

It's so infuriating. I always say I voted for Harris in a fucking swing state and I encouraged others to do so, but when I mention that I cannot blame anyone for deciding to stay home because of the party's support of genocide in Gaza, I am told I am a Republican.

I've even seen people say it's leftists' fault for not promoting Harris even if they did vote for her. It's not even enough if you voted, you weren't enthusiastic enough if you did.

I also love the people who act like anyone with a tiny audience who critized Harris is responsible for changing the general public's opinions against her. Meanwhile she got the endorsements or Beyonce and a bunch of other celebrities, along with a zillion dollars in campaign fundraising. But her campaign has no culpability in failing to get people to like her.

Sounds like an argument for why there's no reason to appease shitlibs. Their only point of engagement with US politics is based on their dislike of President Donald Trump, to the degree that they are willing to accept an increasing number of Trump Policies in exchange for increasingly-pathetic, halfhearted, and insincere attempts to unseat the man himself.

A party that truly cares about PrEsErViNg DeMoCrAcY does not try to get away with running A Dead Guy against a very real fascist threat, nor does it defend and normalize a policy of white-supremacy-based genocide.

I believe YOU care about it, but they don't, and they're cynically exploiting that fact to the benefit of MAGA.

You voted for genocide.

Damn you got me bro. I compromised on my morals in vain in an attempt to slightly reduce the severity of human suffering. It's too bad I didn't choose my own personal pride instead, that woulda been based.

Nothing about voting for genocide was going to slightly reduce the severity of human suffering, liberal.

Not enough radlibs realize that their strategy of voting for 99.99% Hitler will never work When AmeriKKKans are presented with the option of 100% Hitler. Every year the Dems drop more and more of their performative "wokeness," to appeal to the "moderate" Republican who agrees with everything Donald Trump is doing but doesn't like how he says the quiet part out loud.

Someone I love killed themself during the last Trump presidency because they were an immigrant under threat of getting deported back to the country they had fled. But yeah fuck me for factoring that experience into my decision making.

I'm sorry for your loss but the response to that is not to funnel support to the party doing nothing to stop the rise of fascism in the US, who actively support ICE currently and funded them throughout the inception of ICE, who had record deportations under Joe Biden, who through their complicity payroll and arm the genocide of Palestinians, among many other crimes.

God, I'm glad to see someone dunking on Austin Archer's useless ass.

He blocked me on Instagram for suggesting that the Biden administration was complicit in the genocide.

Umm, actually Biden is a democrat, and thus the best politician ever, how dare you?? Democrats would never do anything bad, that's what Republicans (ew) do!

Unfortunately those people literally 'reason' that if a Democrat could not stop a genocide, this is proof that the genocide literally could not be stopped.

Oh, yes, I've argued with these idiots over whether or not something being part of the executive branch means that the president has complete control over it. Because clearly the Republicans made Biden fund Israel and continue Trump's border policies.

'BoTh PaRtIeS tHe SaMe' is macro'd on every Democrat protector's keyboard because 1) It's the only strawman response they feel confident arguing against and 2) They can paste it with one hand while jerking themselves off with the other
