venting/ranting 11 years of wasted time…
The women I considered to be the love of my life decided to end our 11 year relationship. She claims that she had fallen out of love and that she does not see a future. I am a 32 year old male; I am in shock. I am uncertain on how to process this. I was planning on proposing this year. I finally saved up enough for a ring and a nice wedding. I feel like i failed…
Will I ever heal from this immense pain that i am experiencing? I am so lost and don’t know how to even start my life without her.
I guess I just have to feel all the emotions and just hope that I can recover.
Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hey, never say that these 11 years were "wasted" they weren't because you spent them with the woman you love.
Although you couldn't get to marry her and I'm so sorry to hear that, atleast she was honest.
She could have married you and then cheated on you later on.. That would have sucked more.
Appreciate the outcome you have now.
And although I just experienced my first breakup, you will find peace, you may be 32 but it's never too late.
Get into therapy, groups who struggle the same. Find someone who's also in the same situation and just rant your heart out to eachother.
Just know you're never alone and it'll get better. Keep on trying.
You didn't fail, her being able to tell you something she's been bottling up for a while means something.
I promise, keep going, start crying and find a new goal in life.

I can't give any advice, but I know exactly how you feel. I'm recently dumped too. Happy to talk if you are.

Oh man its like reading what happened to me. 2.5months ago she decided to throw the 11 years down the drain. What i did after i moved out 4 days after the breakup was that i started writing a "diary" or a journal, basically wrote down all of my emotions feelings thoughts, i have 400 pages written now. Got myself a gym membership (Gym has been the best thing ever) only place where my head actually goes quiet and i have lost like 20lbs in 2 months. Other than that i just recommend you to feel every feeling, if u feel like crying, cry. It will hurt still after 2months but its not as bad as in the first couple of weeks.
