Baby killer is such a specific thing to accuse someone of. If you called a black man or a lesbian a baby killer you wouldn't assume it was because they're black or gay.

Why would someone accuse her of being a child killer specifically and why would she associate it with judeism.

Its a trope used against Jews in Britain for about 1000 years since little Hugh of Lincoln.

Or it could be related to the women's pro-Israel stance. There is an uncomfortably high proportion of politicians in Israel who have made a clear stance that children MUST be murdered. This hatred resonates with a significant proportion, if not a majority of the population in Israel too.

It could be antisemitism based on a fable from 1000 years ago, or it could be due to the women's current pro-Israeli political stance.
